I was driving home on state road 54 headed east. Its very dark and clear sky. For the first time ever I look up and see a bright blueish fire ball shooting down. It moved like a typical shooting star but was big and looked very close. I've never seen anything like it and was kinda freaked for a sec lol. Got home googled it and found this site, so here I am. - thanks for your report Richard!
