It was not green, but rather was electric blue and white. It was moving West at a phenomenal speed and seemed very low to the ground compared to airplanes. We only saw it for about 3-4 seconds total before it appeared to zoom away or burn out. Contrary to other sightings on this website, we did not see a trail behind this object at all. It seemed like it sped up exponentially in the last two seconds. After it disappeared, I looked at the clock and the time was 8:46pm. The object looked as though it was traveling horizontally; not falling from the sky. There was no sound at all that we heard, albeit we were in the car and may not have been able to hear if there was a sound. Lastly, it's important to note that this object was moving across the sky away from us, headed East. Again, there were no contrails nor any signs of burning or debris trailing behind. <br />Laurie from Austin, TXAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7087012295275878735.post-23454271749363087772011-07-24T18:59:10.272-06:002011-07-24T18:59:10.272-06:00While heading West on 21, about 15 miles West of B...While heading West on 21, about 15 miles West of Bryan, TX a moon-sized object came into view from over the top of the roof of our car.
